The Bolivar Fabulosos 2009 Regional Edition Benelux was a special limited - edition cigar by Habanos for the Benelux region (Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands). Only 2600 boxes, each with 25 cigars, were made. It's hand - made and costs $20+ each.
Appearance
It has a silky light - brown wrapper with noticeable veins. The triple cap is a bit lumpy. The pre - light aroma is a pleasant hay smell, and the construction feels even.
Construction
The draw was tight, and it was difficult to get a lot of smoke. The burn was very uneven and needed multiple corrections. These problems seem common among these cigars.
