It's a limited - edition regional cigar, with only 2400 boxes distributed in Switzerland. A box of 25 costs around $450, and a single cigar can cost about $22.
Appearance
It has a Colorado wrapper with prominent veins and a lot of oil on it, which can almost rub off on hands when handled. It got a 4/5 rating.
Construction
At first glance, it seems a well - designed Cuban puro. Part below the tapered cap was hard, but it wasn't plugged. The initial draw was tight but became easier after a few puffs. It lit easily, with an even burn and draw. The ash holds well. It was rated 3.5/5.
Flavor
- One third: The first few puffs were spicy, with coffee and dark - chocolate tastes and smells.
- Two thirds and three thirds: The smoke turned to a bitter cedar flavor, with no flavor evolution. The strength also waned. It was rated 3/5.
Value
It was mid - range in price. Considering the cost and expectations, a more complex and lively cigar would have been more satisfying. It got a 2.5/5 rating.
Overall, the cigar has an elegant appearance and reasonable construction, but the static flavor and bland experience make it less likely for a repurchase.
