Origin and History
Quai d’Orsay was created in the 70s at the request of President Valery Giscard d’Estaing. La Seita, a French tobacco monopoly, was commissioned to create it. It became the third non - Cuban named brand on the market. Over the past decade, there were regional editions in France, and this year Habanos S.A. relaunched it for a wider audience.
