Taste Experience

  • The first third: The cigar is large with a double band and a pigtail. No cutter is needed. The first draw is perfect. It has a medium - full strength, a woody taste with a bit of bitterness, and produces a lot of smoke.
  • The second third: As it approaches the first half, it gets stronger. The flavors are felt at the back of the palate, near the throat and the back of the tongue. Pairing it with whiskey enhances the flavors, and the smoker starts to feel the heat.
  • The last third: After almost an hour, the cigar becomes even better. It turns sweeter, and the flavors are more present on the tongue. Earthly and woody notes emerge in the last two - thirds, still with a sweet taste, different from the initial bitterness.

The reviewer recommends this cigar and says it shows how exclusive Trinidad Cigars are, comparable to Cohiba.
