Product Introduction

This Cuban cigar from SwissCubanCigars comes in a Lonsdale format. It's hand - made, weighs 10.8 g, and a box contains 25 cigars, with each costing around $13.

Appearance

The box - pressed cigar has accordioned bunching at the foot and a triple cap. It has a couple of small veins, smells sweet and rich. The wrapper looks a bit dry but is in good condition.

Construction

It's very firm, yet the draw is perfect. It burns beautifully with a thin burn line and doesn't need any touch - up.

Flavor

  • After lighting, it produces voluminous, sweet and toasty smoke. At 1” in, there are hints of cocoa, slight pepper, and sweet hay.
  • Half - way (35 min.), the taste remains rich and smooth. Cocoa fades, and there are hints of sweet grass with developing creaminess.
  • Three - quarters done (50 min.), the flavor strengthens, with toasty tobacco flavor, and woody character emerges as sweet grass fades.
  • With 1” remaining (70 min.), there's a peppery feeling inside the lips, and the smoke stays smooth and creamy.

Value

At under $9 each, it's not for daily smoking but offers 70 minutes of pleasure for special occasions.
