Product Introduction

This cigar was released mid - 2018, with a limited production of 100,000 cigars in 10,000 boxes of 10 pieces. The Por Larranaga brand was founded in 1834. It's a small brand with hardcore fans and has had regional editions in many countries, and this is the only exclusivo for the Dutch market.

Taste Profile

  • One third: The cold draw is a bit tight, with a gingerbread spice taste. The first puffs are sour, dry, and dusty. Some honey tries to break through citrus acidity but fails.
  • Two thirds: Wood, leather, soil, and spices appear. Leather and cedar grow, with a hint of milk chocolate. Honey sweetness returns, and there's a hint of hazelnuts.
  • Three thirds: The cigar remains medium - bodied and medium - flavored, with a slow build - up. The smoke is thin but decent in volume, and the draw is a little tight but within margins.

Other Features

The Colorado - colored wrapper has many veins and looks wrinkly. The glossy golden ring is overly shiny, making white letters hard to see. The triple cap looks good. The ash is dark and not firm, but the burn is straight. It has a 3 - hour smoke time, and the price is €15.20.
