Product Introduction

The CAO Sopranos "Soldier" is a hand - made cigar. Its origin is Nicaragua, with a Toro format. The wrapper is Brazilian Maduro, the binder is Honduran, and the filler consists of Dominican, Columbian, and Nicaraguan tobacco. Each cigar costs around $14.

Taste Experience

  • First part: When lit with a punch and a butane lighter, it had an easy draw with woody and sweet tones. The sweet notes were like a hint of subdued sugarcane, and the draw produced thick white smoke. But after 20 minutes, it didn't seem full - bodied.
  • Second part: It burned a bit unevenly, which was noted but didn't disrupt the smoking process.
  • Third part: Around the 75 - minute mark, the hidden full - bodied flavors emerged. The initial sweetness subsided, leaving a heartier woody flavor, and the smoke became a bit thicker. After two hours, it finished with its potency intact.

The reviewer enjoyed the cigar but thought the price was too high. Although it's an honor to have a cigar associated with the Sopranos series, it won't be in the reviewer's humidor soon due to the cost.
