The Cohiba Talisman is a 2017 limited - edition cigar from Cuba. It's hand - made and presented in a varnished slide - lid box of 10. The cigars are of the Canonazo Doble format, measuring 154mm x 21.4mm (6" x 54). The price is $40+. It was first released in an official event on November 8, 2017, in London, organized by Hunters and Frankau, the UK distributor of Habanos.

Tasting Notes

First Third

• The first puff produces a large amount of smoke and has a great draw.
• Flavors are fresh and vegetal, with an aroma like young cedar wood.
• The burn is constant, with a nice acidity and long finish. Towards the end, nutty sweetness and slight bitterness develop.

• There is a grassy finish and a pleasant aroma. The flavors open up, and the sweetness is unexpected for a fresh cigar.

• It develops from a fresh vegetal start to a marzipan long finish on the palate.
