Origin and Background
The cigars are from the Dominican Republic. In 2004, Andy Garcia proposed shooting a scene with tobacco plants at Carlito Fuente's farm. After harvest, Carlito planted tobacco for the scene. Garcia suggested a special blend with the movie "The Lost City" logo, and the tobacco in the movie is used in the blend.

Pre - Light
The pre - light ritual had issues. There were two cracks at the foot, large veins, and a rough appearance. The cap was applied sloppily and started to unravel. The band had excessive glue. The pre - light smell had cream and tea notes, and the cold draw showed sweet tobacco. Pre - light score: 7 pts.
Smoking Experience
- First third: Tastes of leather, spice, and a touch of musty. A firm white ash, wavy burn. Ended with sweet honey and tea notes.
- Second third: Cool start, refreshing palate. Perfect draw with glorious coffee notes. Removing the first band revealed a third crack in the wrapper.
- Final third: Roasted coffee notes, nearing the end with a bitter floral taste. Smoking score: 9 pts.
Overall, it's a full - bodied smoke with complexity. Not recommended for beginners. The construction issues didn't overly affect performance. Overall Experience score: 8 pts.
